Presents for Colleagues
There are different people in this world and they are colleagues to each other. And different companies have different policy as for the relationships between workers. And sometimes it is common for people of the same company to celebrate their birthdays or other holidays together with their colleagues and a present is a matter of argument in this case.
No matter how friendly your colleagues towards you and no matter how friendly you towards your colleagues are it is important to remember that you are not friends but colleagues. There is no way for you to make for your colleagues the same present you make for your friends. Let those relations remain in the same level and try not to spoil those.
In case you are invited for a birthday of your colleague try to buy something that is of no meaning for you and your colleagues. It is okay to buy him or her something that is of use at your work or something that is of great use for him or her from the point of view of hobby a person has. Though, never give something personal like underwear or something.
With this present you may make your professional relationships better and you may also spoil everything with the gift you will make. Be careful and never let your present has something personal. It is better for this present to be of no use than to be of some personal character.
